70's Mazzega chandelier designed by Toni Zuccheri, chrome metal body with hand blown Murano glass and teak wood
This is 1970s Murano chandelier, designed for AV Mazzega by Toni Zucherri. There were many variations of this model and it was sold all across Europe during the 70s.
The chandelier has a very intricate design. The drop chain, the main body of the chandelier and all the metal accessories are chrome plated. The glass globes are typical Toni Zuchieri: Murano glass white to clear gradient with an ochre spot. This is one of the fairly rare models that have the teak wood decorations (photo 8).
All parts of the chandelier are in excellent condition. There are no spots of oxidation on the metal and almost no patina. There is no discoloration of the wood elements and the glass globes are in perfect condition.
There are 4 E14 bulb sockets; the light bulbs are not included. The chandelier is fully functional for both US and EU electrical settings (110V or 220V)
